Obiectivul general al proiectului „ACCES IT – Competente digitale pentru angajati” consta in cresterea si imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte si competente digitale in randul angajatilor din Regiunile de Dezvoltare Sud Muntenia, Sud-Est, prin derularea unui program de sustinere a competentelor digitale pentru angajatii din IMM-uri, in cadrul caruia 310 angajati vor beneficia de formare de competente digitale in vederea profesionalizarii si adaptarii la cerintele pietei muncii, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI.
